When will you ship my order?
We will ship out new orders within 1-2 business days. Let us know over email if you have a question about your order.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
J&K Sage.co is not responsible for return shipping if you enter the wrong address during checkout. Please double check before you complete your order. This includes name, apartment numbers, zip codes, etc.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
J&K Sage.co is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive an item that is broken please email us with a picture of the item. We will then explain the steps to shipping the product back and will refund you the full amount.
What is your return policy?
If you don't like what you ordered, you can return it within the first 7-10 days that the product was ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging. Let us know that you're returning an item and we'll give you further instructions on how to maximize your return experience.
You're responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the item and inspect it we will send you confirmation of the status of the return. If approved, you will either receive a percentage off your next order or the full amount in store credit.
What about sale items?
What if I just want to exchange my item for another color?
As part of our boutique brand we only order a few items in each color and size. If you want another color or exchange please send us an email to let us know what item you have and what color you would like to exchange it for. After checking our stock we will give you instructions on mailing your item back for an exchange. If item will need to be sent via priority mail with tracking back to J&K Sage.co and when received we will send your new item. Holds on items will only occur for 3 days, if shipping confirmation is not received item will be restocked.
